That's because no assembly is required for those. Rolling machines and some rolling papers still have instructions.

Some will. Last house I owned and sold? Two prospective buyers, equaled 20,000 over listed price. Lots of buyers will up the price if they really covet the house/location. I had it priced to sell fast in a great location. I simply under estimated demand.

What happens at that point= can the broker tell the two they're tied, and seek additional bids?

I employed a "sellers" real estate agent, she refereed urging them ever upwards. One player dropped out and I cashed a nice check, gifting the agent a reasonable extra bit of cash. She was outstanding! I used her on a purchase. She found a house just removed from the market as it wouldn't sell. She contacted the owner, offered him a price $15,000 under his target for a cash deal. I still reside in that house. I believe she retired rich. If not, she should have.

Ha ha, no, I live in a very affluent area, marked as one of the best cities to live in the whole of the US, every other year or so.

You got me curious so I took a look at the area, really beautiful! And, I couldn't believe the prices on houses. You couldn't redo a bathroom in LA for what some large houses are selling for.

I believe that there's a TinderBox in Costa Mesa at the South Coast Plaza mall, and there's a place in Lake Forrest called Tobacco Barn.
If you're heading down to San Diego there's Liberty Tobacco.

Mostly it's a pipe tobacco desert. The action is in cigars.
