Yes it is a featherweight. My dad mentioned that he liked straight pipes more than bent but didn't like them being in the way sticking out of your face and found them too heavy in the jaw. So I figured a featherweight that is just a little over 5" and weighs in at 22 grams or so would be just perfect.
