I absolutely mistyped that date entry. Last tin was 2020 after the reformulation or whatever happened around 2018 or so. I've smoked many tins from the late 90's and through about 2015 or so and they were all really good, some with 10+ years of age.

Opened this wobbly boy last night for my first experience with it.
1st bowl started out really nice. And for me, most C&D tins improve after being open for a bit, so I'm looking forward to an overall great blend.
Sampled first in a Peterson System Standard B42.

Well, this was an interesting opening. Unscrewed the lid on this 2021 batch of PSLTF and like a shaken bottle of champagne....BOOM...my lid and screw cap shot across the room and hit the wall hard. 
Popped a new tin of Dark Moor today as soon as it came in. This one's been on my to-try list for a while now.
Opened this tin of Oct 2019 HH Burley Flake for this family evening

Smoking great. More Red VA forward and the DFK has mellowed a bit from how i remember it, but it's been a long time. Either way, it's good stuff.
Fresh, imported recently. Quite a novel tasting blend, have to say.
Robert Lewis Wingfield Mixture from 2015. I’m disappointed with this one, because it doesn’t show the aging I was hoping for. But I have more tins and will try again in five years.
This was one of my early blends tried, and I liked it back then. I bought a few more. But looking back, I doubt that it will change that much with ageing, I think it's on the light / delicate side and probably should just be enjoyed for what it is... I may find that my palate has changed and it's actually too light for my future desires.
This happened to a 2014 Tin of Xmas Cheer I popped last Dec, the inner lining bubble thing..

Some Gawith Hoggarth Dark Plug XX. Here's what the description says:
It is a unscented dark plug, made from Virginia and air cured Indian tobacco cooked under high pressure for 2 weeks making a cake. The cake is then cut into bars and packed in 25 gram pouches. This produces a full bodied smoke for the seasoned smoker.
This packet is 4 years old and it smells and tastes very leathery. A lovely, very stout old fashioned tobacco.
