Those of you who said "clay'. should checkout Le Peltier before you judge. Those are great.

I believe I'm the only one that stated "clay". I'm not judging anyone who likes clay pipes. I just don't have an interest in ever owning one.
I did check out Le Peltier website and if I ever change my mind, it would be a simple glaze, not decorated or artists choice.

Some Mummerts and some Ser Jacopo (with the split/splinted shanks) too distracting and weird.
The pipes with the little duck head "hood ornaments," though the ones they make without 'em are great.
I like far-out creativity but only selectively. Uh-oh, broke my one-liner request. Sorry.
