@seanz-It is a good smoker so far, but being only my third carve from solid block and doing freehand drill'in. I have to really get some REAL tools to make GREAT smokers :puffy:

@seanz-Any dried fruit woods (Apricot, Cherry, et.c) are good to start with and will be good smokers, just need to take a lil more care with them :puffy:

Quarter pound hanging outta yer jaw is a lot of weight but it looks nice dragon. Maybe a small stand with a churchwarden stem would be a good addition....???

Thanks all, it needs a much better stem, I just put a cheapo plastic one on it for mach-up, but it is smoke'in pretty good for the first few smokes today and I can skip my weight lifting routine the days I smoke it

I can't move too fast, with freehand that means...bench pipes ;-( Damn insane drill'in..must get a drill-press and band-saw if I'm gonna keep at it...it is GREAT fun to make them..even more fun to smoke them
I have three pipes to make already for others and won't release them until they are perfect...two of them for friends (Apricot, Pistachio or Olive woods / med-sized) and one for a Bday present for my Uncle T (Olive wood/Poker-style med-sized)
