Not part of my regular rotation but I like to occasionally pull out my 1900 Salmon and Gluckstein straight bulldog with a nice wide silver band and bone stem. So, do you have any senior pipe moments?

I don't have anything *that* old, but, apart from a few estate ones which I've no idea how old they are, I regularly smoke a beautiful Charatan from 1975, which amuses me for being older than me :)

1492 Caribbean tribal pipe, said to have been offered to Columbus, but refused. Otherwise a dozen pipes I bought in the 60's, plus a birth year pipe from 1944.

I have a rather large C.P.F. briar churchwarden, I don't know exactly how old it is, but C.P.F. went out of business between 1910 and 1915 according to my Lopes book. So this pipe is at least 100 years old and it still smokes wonderfully.

I have a KB&B Selkirk that was supposedly made around 1915. It gets smoked with regularity. I haven't been able to find the name in any KB&B catalogs yet.

Wow, some fantastic old soldiers! Mine's a baby compared to those, but this hallmarked 1937 GBD is the oldest one that I can reasonably date. My 499 Comoys Extraordiare was also made in the 1930's, but it has no hallmark.

Our pipes seem to be related. I read that CPF was acquired by KB&B before the turn of the 20th century. My Selkirk has the CPF logo with "Chesterfield" underneath on the stem. Most articles I've read say that CPF stands for Colossus Pipe Factory, but I wonder if the word "Chesterfield" here casts some doubt on that?

I enjoy restoring and smoking older pipes. A BBB Own Make from the 1940s, a WDC Wellington p lip which is old, but I haven't been able to date it, and several Parkers that are at least 50 years old. They are all in my regular rotation and continue to be great smokes. I'll post pictures when I get the chance. I have my eyes on an older Wilke, but I can't confirm that the stem is original .

I smoke all my old pipes. I have a 1927 Dunhill Shell, two Kaywwodies from the mid-late 30's (meer/back lite and standard) and a small meer from the 20's that has an amber stem. Even a early Grabow. I enjoy the history and smoking an instrument that old.

Pitchfork I have commented on that army mount before but I have to say, it is quite a handsome little pipe.
I have a few older pipes, possibly 1960's or 1970's but I think this Peterson is the oldest. I am not sure of the year.

Mine is a 1930s Kaywoodie. It has a replacement stem, but it has obviously been used and cared for. I'm continuing that tradition.

No real antiques, just the first pipe I ever bought new about 40 years ago, a Tinder Box St. Ives, probably a Chacom, a smooth bent sitter pot with a vertical saddle stem.
