OK who is Haja?

Read the last thread linked above. He certainly had his followers, mostly baiters.
Was he not an English speaker, or was his language merely part of the troll? Or was he missing a few out of the baker's dozen?

It was widely suspected that Haja was the creation of a member here as his terrible English and incomprehension of the responses he got seemed too studied to be natural.
