foggy, I drink Plymouth on occasion. I tend to prefer Martin Millers most of the time, and Hendricks in an Eastside. I drink Plymouth when Martin Millers isn't available.
My favorite ways to drink gin are the classic Martini, 75% gin 25% white vermouth w/ a dash of orange bitters; the Negroni, gin, Campari, and red vermouth in equal amounts; and the Eastside 2 parts gin, 1 part lime juice, simple syrup, fresh mint, cucumber slices, served up. I feel its the perfect trifecta of gin drinks. The Eastside is good in the morning, the Negroni is great from lunch until dinner, and the Martini is perfect for the evening.
Most nights you'll find me drinking a cider and its generally basque-style if I'm at my favorite pup.
