Thanks for all of the well wishes! So far the pipe tobacco doesn't seem to be causing me any trouble!

Time is going by fast though, each day is easier. Getting near a week which feels good!

Wish you the best of luck in continuing to stay off of the the cigs. You may still get a craving for one every once in a while, just pack a bowl and enjoy a much better alternative to the nails.
