This is a Dunhill shell 59 from 1926. It has a replacement stem. Probably would have been easier to just buy a replacement stem but wanted to try fills and replacing missing material.

Which product did you use on stem/bit?
Are you using a motorized polisher? Keeping crisp edges on bit is tough with one, and as a clencher an area I pay a lot of attention to.

Which product did you use on stem/bit?

Thanks! I used Thickened Gflex with black pigment. No motorized polisher yet. I did use a dremel to get me in the ball park and used a file to shape the button. Then when sanding made sure try to keep the edges as crisp as possible.
