You have tongue bite lol. Ox heart? Chocolate and coffee yes!
Yup. An heirloom variety of large tomato.
Meaty with excellent flavour unlike the tasteless hydroponically grown pretenders available in supermarket shelves these days
Great in a salad with good olive oil, sprinkle of salt and pepper and torn (not cut) basil leaves. Wine vinegar optional 😋

Have to be passionate about tomatoes 😁
So much of supermarket veggies and fruit are mass produced and bland.
Unfortunately a lot of “market stalls” sell produce bought from wholesale markets rather than produce from their own farms
One of the consequences of city living
My wife loves tomato's to the point she took the hide off her throat and had to get prescription medicine. I gotta tell her about these luxury tomato's. She's definitely gonna wanna try a bucket full. lol Or maybe not she'll end up back at the doctors office saying my throat hurts. lol

My wife used to be mildly allergic to tomatoes, heartburn and reflux, sore throat, even skin rashes, but when she was pregnant the first time it fixed it, the issues went away completely and she eats tons of tomatoes and tomato products now.

YMMV
