"Where has a pipe like this been all my life?"!! Such a cool smoke and I could taste the blend so well without bite and getting hot. A marvelous piece of art work to cap it all off. The carver should have put his initials on this one as it's worthy of his ownership and quality work. I think I may be in love.

I think in all likelihood you have uttered complete prophesy, brian. I feel like I've been hypnotized and am bordering on complete takeover by forces I know not what. Alas, I will not fight hard but succumb to this lovely goddess and see where she beckons me.

Thanks-Emin is a great carver as is his brother from some of their work I've seen. Great detail and talent goes beyond description. I've got to stop this.

Does this pipe have the 7mm briar style tenon or the little nylon one that screws into the stem?

The tenon appears to be actually a piece of meerschaum and the shank end some sort of nylon but storient could best identify it.

So do I and I've seen at least two more that struck my fancy but I've resisted. I may opt for a Classic next time. Who knows, maybe even a Calabash. At this stage in life one must dote on their self.
