The idea of pouring water up? down? my nose has always terrified me. I know many that swear by it, but I just can't bring myself to do it.

I hear what people are saying but it really, really works. I had the worst head cold I’ve had in years. Taking Ibuprofen just to stop the headaches. Sunday morning I read the thread and tried this. I have not taken anything since for pain or discomfort. I’m sold but if you choose not to try it then thats ok too. But I had an open mind and it was worth trying something I didn’t think would work. :crazy:
