Why was a meer near concrete?
Well some people insist you don't have to be that careful with meer. I have to admit part of me is glad to see proof that yes you should be more careful with meer then briar. It's almost as if the pipe Gods saw our discussion of meer lined bowls and felt a need to chime in. That said to the OP ouch man at least it wasn't a baby.
