I got my first corn cob pipes today! Woohooo....! It really taste different from the briar pipes I have. And, my first and only straight pipe ? I like bend stem, but I want to try straight stem too, so I just bought two! ?

I enjoy my cobs and there's definitely a place for them. I've been smoking 4 bowls in the same cob during a four hour period while playing golf. Lighting it with a torch due to wind. Performs like a champ.

In a way, yes..... But in my country, Malaysia, not really categorized as affordable because of the different currency ? but the price is considered low as a branded cob, if compared to other branded pipes. The really affordable cob pipes here are those really from the basket with quite rough quality.
I prefer to think of myself as versatile. Also, one with common sense. Not taking expensive pipes to the golf course, that wouldn't end well at some point.

You will also be amazed by the MM Charles Cobbler and the General, they are fantastic smokers, I highly recommend them. Let them dry well after smoking and you will always have a satisfying smoke.
The stems they sell are even more expensive than my pipes ?
I have about eight well-loved cobs, that either came with, or are retrofitted with, acrylic stems. Like many, I used to think of them as disposable pipes, but they win your heart. Always a good smoke, with little dottle (unburned leaf), a nice light weight, and a go-anywhere attitude. I always feel good about packing a MM cob.
