Beautiful piece! I bet it would be great with flakes. I've ordered 2 pipes fro SP.EU and the only downside is waiting the 10 days or so for it to arrive by post. They offer some great prices on some European makers

Pappymac, your pipe is a Pi finish, that means it’s a non standard finish, usually some kind of extra carving or special details. Highly desirable!

Thanks. I was wondering about the designation. I'll have to post some photos. The shank and bottom of the bowl are smooth, the rim is smooth and the bowl has the Sea Rock finish.

I'm very pleased with the look and feel of the pipe.
Haven't lit it yet but just opening the package and look at it... it just radiates quality.

Congratulations on the new Castello. It is a beauty! I recently purchased one as well. I always wanted an Antiquari but could never settle on one for whatever reason. Finally, found one I couldn’t let go... This is on the way...very excited & enjoy your Sea Rock! ️

I always feel a little rebellious when brands designate different hierarchical levels of pipes. My attitude is, you make an unbelievably fine pipe, and then let me be the judge. I'm the customer, therefore the boss. Then I go hide behind the humidor again. But that is still one sweet pipe.
