There are also the new Barling pipes in 9 mm but I don't know if they are made in England.
This from SP website..... " In 2020, the historically English marque was revitalized by Kopp Pipes, continuing Barling's legacy of deft craftsmanship with a line of pipes in the refined English style and with many accented by sterling silver in an homage to Benjamin Barling's original foray."

Two that come to mind......

Thank you. I heard of them a while ago. Seem to be in the midrange price and quality vise.
What about Ashton? Aren't they made in England yet?
Ah, yes. They would definitely fit the description! They also have very elegant shapes.

I don't like the new ones to be gonest. They seem to have only the name in common with the old Barlings. I also dont understand why they use a different logo on the pipes and not the old Barling logo.
Jimmy Craig is still producing Ashton pipes. He's kept the standard English shape chart alive and the sandblasts are still as deep and craggy as ever.

Ian Walker still produces Northern Briars, if I'm not mistaken. Also classical shapes.

Dunhill still turning out pipes, though I feel the production is down in the last couple of years just judging by what goes up on the sites like SP.

Ashton seems to be the closest to the old british high end brands in my opinion. Espacially shape wise.

Ashton has maintained the classic Britwood shapes. But have been upsized.

As did Ferndown.

Blakemar has not only have stuck to the traditional shapes, but also the sizes common in the past century.
Their Litchbruyere line is very well priced for the quality
If you are looking for a current British made pipe reminiscent of the pre-Cadogan era, Blakemar is it !
