For now, my "cellar" is what little room there on the cement floor among the tubs in the little closet behind the bar in the basement, lol. So it is actually below ground! Pretty humble assortment - as for McClelland, now that I know the Nording Pointer and Nording Retriever count (!) (and I really enjoyed the Pointer last weekend) I'm up to those plus 3 Xmas Cheer of various dates back to 2005 and a container of 40th. There are some things on the way that will add to that but . . . they aren't yet in the "cellar".

Some of the overall inventories of members seem staggering in their size!

On the one hand, not nearly enough. On the other hand, probably all I'll ever have at current prices.

I have enough to open 1 tin of 40th for my Birthday and 1 tin of Christmas Cheer around Christmas time for the next 20-30 years. I wish I had more Blackwood's, St James Flake, No. 27, 5100, and McCranie's but I'll just have to enjoy what I do have on special occasions for the next few decades. I can't bring myself to spend $80+ for a 100g tin when I have plenty that I paid retail prices for. Their VA is my favorite and I'd gladly smoke it everyday if I had a couple hundred pounds cellared.

My wife is out of town for a whole week next week. I think I'll finally corral all of my "cellar" into one spot and attempt to inventory, check and repack it.

I'll get back with you then!

I feel that I should wish you luck! I hope she doesn't do the come-home-early thing and catch you in flagrante delicto! ?

I've got about 5 pounds consisting of:

40th
Frog morton
FM Cellar
FM ATP
Yenidje
Blackwoods
Christmas Cheer
5100
Super Balkan
2015
A few NASPC tins
Several Aromatics
McCranie's Red Ribbon
Some Butera's

Their stuff is good, but there are still plenty of blends out there that are just as good and several that are better that are easy to get. I will probably end up trading mine off or giving it away over the years.

A few Xmas cheer, a 2010 anniversary and a couple dozen or so miscellaneous tins. Mostly purchased in 2008-2012, although I’ve begrudgingly added a dozen or so over the last year.

I took a break from the pipe for about 7 years, during which they shut down. I missed out on a lot, as well as a chance to stock up. Oh well, there is honestly so much good tobacco out there still. More than I will ever try in my lifetime.

Remember folks, comparison is the thief of joy. Cellar envy is a real thing.
