Awesome, Ghost.
Are we to take it that you're smoking Captain Black in a Ben Wade?
I don't remember that commercial, but there was a cool Kodiak commercial from when I was a kid. A guy was standing next to bear that was raised up on his haunches and said "Kodiak, the only bear you'll ever pinch!"
I can't find a video of it.
.....Sterling 1776 Tavern blend in a Brebbia.

bytor, before you make up your mind on PA or H&H they are much better (IMO) from the tub than the pouch. Can't say why but they are for me.
Edgeworth RR'd in a Kaywoodie 83B.

Sapo Said:

They smoke good Joensing, Almost like a cob. The bowl thickness is thin, I like to use them for flakes. Overall they are good smokers for what then are. IMHO you can't have enough knock around pipes to mistreat. I highly recommend 'em from my experiences with them.
+1
Yesterday was 1 bowl of GL Pease Fillmore and 2 bowls of C&D Three Friars.
Right now, I'm smoking some GL Pease Union Square.

Thanks for the info Highstump, I'll keep it in mind. I'm not going to pass any further judgment on either of them until I give a few more bowls worth (maybe try a couple different pipes too). Both of them seem to burn pretty well. I did notice that the H&H was a bit more bitey than the PA though.

Wes,

Great to see you're back with us.
H&H's Louisiana Red in a Rattray's bent bulldog. The taste buds are back and the blend is good as ever.

PA in a Big Ben dublin.
I won $25 on a gifted $2 scratch-off and went for a drug store trifecta today with a pouch each of PA, Carter Hall, and Sir Walter Raleigh.
This month's "What are you smoking?" thread is several pages longer than February's. That might have something to do with the way Uncle Arthur smokes like a freight train.

Art is definitely putting me to shame! Finishing off the holiday spirit I started last night...paired with a fresh pot of coffee.

My codger burley kick continues. I started the day with Half and Half in a Kaywoodie and now am about mid bowl with SWR in an Ehrlich.
