I have been trying to make a pipe from different woods one of the woof that i will use is mango wood and i want to be sure that won't inhale toxic smoke from the pipes

If the mango wood is properly seasoned it should retain moisture.I dont know about toxicity but when you read about using mango wood for furnature it states that one of the negatives is that it can easily dry and crack with heat. Sounds like not a great solution for a pipe. I could certainly be wrong.
It will probably crack unless dried very slowly.Ima try boiling a piece mango wood 3 to 4 times or till it runs clear then ill dry it fully in the sun
