I figured if you liked the dark twist you’d for sure like this one. Just a bit fuller and more savory since it’s got so much DFK.

I used to like to take equal parts dark twist and Stockton and mix them together. Now I wouldn’t adulter the Stockton since it’s not regularly available.

Looks like there is supposed to be 8000 tins of Sun Bear this time and it's not exclusive to smokingpipes.com, so I may actually be able to get a tin unlike the Stockton.

I’ll examine the contents when I get home but this is what happens when you put 8 tins in too big of a box with 2 pieces of brown paper only inside. Of course the box will be crushed.

P&C used a comically large box for my last order.

Should I be satisfied? Am I wrong in believing I should receive undented tins??! I’m not even sure these will stay sealed so what I gotta jar a pound of Stockton I wanted to cellar in tins? Most of the damn dings are on the sealing edge. I know, I’ll exchange it. Oh wait they don’t have anymore. ?


So out of 8 I’m left with 3 tins to cellar. ?
