MacBaren Navy Plug-SPC 20th Anniversary Special Release

So this just appeared this morning at SPC. Anyone have a chance to try it pre-release? Jiminks, perhaps?

I'm a fan of Navy Flake so I'd likely enjoy a plug version, but I wasn't planning on making any more purchases this holiday season because I've pretty much maxed out the TAD budget lately.

Same boat. I really like their Navy Flake but I have enough tobacco as it is and I'm not sure the difference in cut is going to make this worth it for me right now.

Never really cared for Navy Flake, so I doubt the plug form of it will change my mind.

Love MacBaren Navy Flake. Bought 5 tins. Was going to buy a pound of the flake next year but this equaled out just about in terms of weight. Price wise, not so so much but I'm a shmuck for plugs.

Given how consistent Mac Baren seems to be, I’d be surprised if the plug is noticeably different from the flakes. I’ll get one because I like plugs. I like to take them camping, when I’m looking for productive things to do with a knife.

Ohhh man. I saw this on a FB group and thought I’d come here to see if there were any reviews.. I love the whole ritual of preparing and smoking plugs, but my experience with Macbaren blends are limited to just a few tins and bulk. I thought I was done buying for this calendar year. I don’t believe I’ve tried the regular MacBaren Navy flake yet, though I like Navy flakes from other companies. Decisions, decisions.
