I became a Lovat convert after coming across a few threads featuring Blakemar’s Sir Douglas

I've never even considered a lovat before today. Now I'm drooling at those pipes! What a stunning collection!

An absolute stellar collection of Lovats, and you’ve even got a yank in there. I’ve been on a Lovat tear lately as well. I think I’m gonna need one of those Blakemar Lovats.

A tad over 11.5 cm (4 1/2ins)
I prefer a shorter Lovat

But Blakemars are handmade so size can vary.

The Danish Pipe Shop has a few NOS Sir Douglas in their English Estates section. There is one listed at 14cm

I became interested looking at the stellar collection of Sterncrests belonging to ex-members Danielplainview and Tuold

But the deal sealer was the chimney condenser

What a stunning set. I love how there’s enough variety to keep it interesting while staying with the short lovat shape. Roughly how light are these?

Average 30-35gms
The shorter stems makes them easy to clench

Love the Lovat’s. Y’all have some really nice ones!
I don’t think the two Lee medium saddle stem pears technically fit, but I don’t care!
Three Kaywoodies and three Lees, nuttin’ fancy, but I enjoy them!
