The coupon inside the box has an address with a zip code.
Zip codes were introduced in 1963.
I suspect that old box/pouch of Velvet came from within that 11 year span.

that looks great actually. Usually they don't but I can catch that raisin whiff from the pics alone.Decided to open it last night, might try the pipe offer and surprisingly the tobacco is still somewhat moist with a heavy raisin bag note.
