A year later, I still haven’t found a decent one to buy. Banged up and crusty is not what I want, been hoping to find an unsmoked one, that seems like next to impossible.

That was so true until… it wasn’t.

I still have those hundred some Lees and smoke them every working day of the week.

But I relax with a Marxman.

I almost overlooked an orchid, while searching for a rose.

i loaded about 11 grams of Luxury Twist Flake, five entire flakes, in that enormous 95 gram Marxman about two hours ago. A really big Marxman like that holds three or four times the tobacco of a standard medium size Lee.

Nothing I’ve ever found smokes as well as a big Marxman.

Plus the big ones were entirely hand made.

You have an amazing sense of humor. I am impressed. Both lines are great pipes.

Who was it said I can’t say a damn thing good about Luckies without somebody saying I’m knocking Camels.:)

Pre war Kaywoodies were the most beautful factory pipes ever sold.

After the war it was those gold star Lees.
