I wouldn't bank on it. I've seen reports that Boris Johnson is thinking of putting his name in the ring. That would be a comeback of Lazzarus proportions.

Can't see that happening as the Conservatives are 30 points behind in the polls and would be annihilated.

They'll probably choose Rishi Sunak or Penny Mordaunt. A lot of regular Conservative party members and some MPs still support Boris so you never know. Especially these days.
