I knew I would be out of town all week and away from the PC so I opted to stay out this time. If anyone is interested in the ghost, I would be willing to trade a little baccy for it. But I work all week so it wouldn't get mailed out until the 29th or 30th. I have another one with a Halloween theme I am working on..... May have to start a Halloween tamper thread... :twisted:

I got my tamper from photoman a couple of days ago. Actually I got THREE tampers and six samples of tobacco! I put the big red one in my tamper collection,the little red one in my pocket and the driftwood on the desk.The tobaccos I'm working on!

Yeah the acorn came from bentmike, its awesome! Nice size, going to be perfect for tamping the new general. And he sent me an unopened tin of apricot cavendish, will crack and try today.

I received a tamper and a tobacco sample the other day. Ejames does excellent work! The polish job on the wood and the .50 AE shell casing tip are superb. A great start to my little tamper collection. The tobacco, a couple ounces of Middletons Walnut I promptly put into a jelly jar for safe keeping. I'm looking forward to trying out this blend that I've never had before. It has just a touch of Latakia, not overpowering at all -just the way I like a Lat blend.

Today I found a box on my front porch. I opened it and found the tamper from Shaintiques. Very cool looking and feels good in the hand. Also he included two tins from Sutliff, Tabac Noir and Blend # 5. This is a great surprise. I look forward to trying these items together.

John you probably won't have to wait long. These swaps are fun.
I got my tamper a while back while out of town. It's great and looks just like the picture. Also included we're samples of Billy Budd, Mississippi Mud and haddos delight. I enjoyed them all but the mud would be my favorite pick of the three.
