The thread is a good reminder of the many excellent women carvers in this craft. I have no pipes from any, alas. Nor any from Sixten, but I always do remember that he designed several for Stanwell that are still made for "the common man," the non-cylindrical pot for example, sometimes sold as a brushed black or brown, by PC, for $49! The acclaimed designer (though not of pipes) Milton Glazer was a champion of doing industrial design for the general public rather than the prosperous few.
