These are old BAT flake presses that Kopp acquired from Planta, when Planta was sold to Mac Baren. Here Kopp presses cakes a few times a year for private label blends for Germany. Kopp does not produce flakes.

Interesting! Who’s doing the flake production for the flakes in Wessex, Rattray’s, and Solani brands? I thought Kopp was their manufacturer.

Sometimes in a shop, over time, we find things that just work.
More often than not, what works is that long ass slotted screwdriver that gets used for nothing else.

That screwdriver hasn’t been tapped too many times, otherwise the plastic handle would no longer be intact.

STG makes those blends. Kopp buys and tins them for various brands.
