Like the Lada factory! That's really really cool. One of the things I love about Gawith is the old school way they do some things.

I was part of the millennials that did not hop on the social media train.Same here. Facebook either. People always try to send me texts to links on those sites and i have to just shrug and light up another bowl. And the world keeps turning...
Interesting! Who’s doing the flake production for the flakes in Wessex, Rattray’s, and Solani brands? I thought Kopp was their manufacturer. These are old BAT flake presses that Kopp acquired from Planta, when Planta was sold to Mac Baren. Here Kopp presses cakes a few times a year for private label blends for Germany. Kopp does not produce flakes.
That screwdriver hasn’t been tapped too many times, otherwise the plastic handle would no longer be intact.I thought so too at first but..
Sometimes in a shop, over time, we find things that just work.
More often than not, what works is that long ass slotted screwdriver that gets used for nothing else.

So who makes CVP and Wessex Gold Brick? These are old BAT flake presses that Kopp acquired from Planta, when Planta was sold to Mac Baren. Here Kopp presses cakes a few times a year for private label blends for Germany. Kopp does not produce flakes.
