Can't imagine any circumstances I would put tobacco in a ziploc and then into a jar. Jars come in different sizes also. You probably don't want anything larger than 32 ounces but they make 16 ounces, 8 ounces, 4 ounces, and 2 ounce one. Now you really shouldn't try to put the amount of tobacco in jar that is the same size as the amount you have. In other words don't put 8 ounces of tobacco in an 8 ounce jar.
