One of the girls Charatan stiffed was later found ... ripped?

That’s pretty dark!

But no, the link is that in 1881, some seven years before the Ripper was active, Charatan was living at the same address as Albert Bachert. Both men lived at 13 Newnham Street in Whitechapel, a short walk from the sites of the various murders. Bachert was an eccentric figure who assiduously courted notoriety at the periphery of the Ripper case. Because of his behavior Bachert is considered to be one of several lesser suspects.

See this post for a fuller discussion of Bachert’s shenanigans: Casebook: Jack the Ripper - Albert Bachert - https://www.casebook.org/dissertations/dst-bachert.html

Who dares wins.

The ripper had to be a person above all suspicion and a stone cold psychopath.

What if the lover of a man who hired those women, got her revenge?

The victims all earned a living sleeping with a man, some other woman thought belonged to her alone.

I thought it was the Earl of Oxford.
I always liked the theory of the Ripper being a member of the royal family. It could partially explain why the case was never solved.

(I was going to ask if their was a familial connection between the Earl of Oxford and the wife of a man from Arkansas but figured it would get me banned.)
