I just found out that the Mississippi did flow backwards for almost 24 hours.

Maybe now the barges can move!!

No word from my family yet, power is out more than likely.

Internet is back, not sure for how long. Lots of debris, but no major damage in my area. The family and I are a-Okay. Hopefully, the worst is past us now.
Many in Louisiana did not fare so well. Please keep them in your thoughts
