I almost always smoke my pipes outside but, whenever given the opportunity to bring it in doors, I always take it. It might be the lounge of a local tobacconist shop or the home of a pipe smoking friend (single or with an understanding wife). The stillness of surrounding air supports the richness of the smoke and makes the experience much more pleasant.
