I remember when....... I was growing up if family or friends came to visit, they never asked if they could smoke, they just asked for a ashtray.

I remember smoking on Domestic Flights ! I miss smoking at the Mall.
Heck, I just miss Indoor Malls in general.

Yes! I remember smoking a double corona after a meal at a local restaurant.

Early 80s, I was in hospital for something minor a couple of days, we could smoke in bed!

Getting the Magic Bus from London to Amsterdam for the weekend, those were the days.
