I saw that at a cigar shop and was curious to try it (I didn't buy it because it was $42 lol). I used to smoke those cheap plastic tipped Old Port cigars from the gas station when I was in my early 20s.

Is there any lower age limit on codgering/codgerhood? I'm 38 and I was wondering if I can start now or if I have to wait. I don't like people walking on my lawn, but I don't chase them off with a cane yet.
If I had nothing but Haunted Bookshop & a few cobs...I’m pretty sure I’d be happy with that. Something about having a favorite blend, a trusty pipe, and no decision other than to load, smoke and enjoy...simple pleasures!
I love the taste of haunted bookshop, but it kicks me right in the dick every time. I think it's because I absentmindedly smoke it like Pegasus or Carter Hall, which is way faster of a cadence than I would smoke a virginia blend or something bitey. It's my fault for being dumb, not HB's fault.
Haunted Bookshop is a comfort. It has really never NICed me. In fact, I rarely get ?ed by nicotine. Every once in a while GH Dark Plug or Flake will cause me to eat a piece of dark chocolate.

If I had to pick one tobacco to smoke for the rest of my life I'd pick Prince Albert no doubt. I did a codger tournament with all the fixin's and smoked about 3-4 bowls of each before deciding. Prince Albert is king of codgers.
Have you started wearing suspenders and saying "back in my day". Or saying a couple years ago and realize it was 20 or more
Yes to the latter two, no suspenders yet, but only because my wife won't let me.
If you ever change over to them you wont go back. I have been wearing them for years
Based on my experience with the various U.S made OTC blends, and this on several occasion,I have come to conclusion, all them are very good value, not great or something mid blowing but dependable,simply no fuss blends, the only drawback I have encountered, these tend to bite me if not properly dried
My answers would be the same right down to the wife part, she carefully monitors all interest in suspenders and shuts that down post haste.
