I know that some websites sell kits where you can carve your own from pre-drilled chunks of briar. They even come with a stem. However, I know that Mark Tinsky sells briar blocks on his website as well as kits. I haven't ordered from him but he makes excellent pipes. Hope that helps and I would love to see your next pipe.

Pre-cut Pipe blanks are called 'ebauchons'. Do a Google or a fleabay search. There are a few suppliers out there.

Very nice looking pipe, even if you can't actually smoke it. Nice job.
As for resizing your photos, google an application called "The Gimp". It's a free, open source image editor. I've been using it for years.

You should try it Bronxbriar! It is a lot of fun, so far I have just been using just my knife and some sand paper....
