But please don't misunderstand. You don't need more than a 1000 pound cellar or 500 pipes.

Smoking a bowl of the Sutliff Red Va Crumble Kake at the moment. Being open a couple of weeks has really helped this blend. I'm very impressed with this blend. For all those who willingly pay $80 to $100 for 8 ounces of 5100 ... Don't. This may not be a perfect match for you but it sure does scratch the Red Va itch quite nicely. And I'll bet the majority of people couldn't tell the difference in a blind taste test.

As far as a snobbery cure goes - try an unfinished ('naked') MM cob with a Forever Stem (I happen to prefer the vulcanite version, but acrylic is nice too).

These are very nice smoking pipes.
