I live Highlands. I wonder what the beef tastes like and how it compares to Angus.Walking around the parameter of my property and I come across this bull on my side of the fence. It's a highland bull; a breed I want. We keep the fence 8 feet from the road and it was just there. I guess I have a pet Highland Bull.

I would assume it needs to get gelded and steam-cleaned first, likely in that order.A beautiful animal.
Will it be sleeping on the bed with you?
If I only had cows! I've got goats. Pretty sure they can't mix.Get your females in there before his owner finds him and at least you'll have Highland crosses in 9 months...
Yeah! It's just what I need; a horn up the buttMake sure to get a selfie with it...all the kids are doing it these days .
Had to...because of this thread....Yeah! It's just what I need; a horn up the butt
I've read bits and pieces of the thread. I can't believe the stupid things people do. We used to have kids from the city come and try cow tipping at my neighbors (they only raise black angus/seminal cross). I'd laugh every time because there is no way someone is pushing those bricks over. Also funny seeing them try it and the bull comes charging.Had to...because of this thread....

I tell my kids all the time that the country is in no short supply of morons and many are dumber than bricks. The sad part is they could tell you more about the Kardashians and the latest viral trends on tik tok then they could tell you about the history of the country.pipesmagazine.com

That's a good looking moo-boy.Walking around the parameter of my property and I come across this bull on my side of the fence. It's a highland bull; a breed I want. We keep the fence 8 feet from the road and it was just there. I guess I have a pet Highland Bull.

Well it's not electrified so he might have gotten into a loose gate or something and it latched behind him. They are on springs.Still doesn't answer the other big question...how did he get into your fenced in property?
I bought some steaks from the local butcher in Dornoch years ago and that small sample did not compare favorably at all. Had locally sourced beef roast at a restaurant there and it was quite good. So who knows, but the beef at the butcher in Dornoch didn’t look as good as what I see at my local grocer’s meat counter.I live Highlands.
