Garages make good smoking dens. You can get a space heater if you live in a colder climate, maybe a TV and radio for watching/listening to ballgames or music. You will be in business.

This. My wife let's me every now and then, as long as I "don't make a habit of it" and the baby is at the grandparent's house. I'm usually able to get one in every month or so. Up until then, I had a smoke shack in the back yard which I could heat and it kept everyone happy, but then she began storing antique furniture in it and reclaimed it for the greater good of the homestead via eminent domain.
Remind me of 7 train ride back to Flushing in my high school days. Few minutes before getting into the last station, there is an industrial area with rather nasty smell. After an hour subway ride, I'm usually passed out. That smell always woke me up before my stop.
