Another thought is to buy her a couple of cheap Glade Air Fresheners for her next birthday, anniversary or Christmas present. Tell her since that slight scent of smoke seems to horribly important to her, you made it a priority to gift her appropriately.

This advice should be followed only whilst wearing protection.

Just give her one of these and yell...who's smelling what I'm smoking!

I never smoke inside. Usually on the back deck with doors and windows closed. Inevitably my wife comes downstairs and complains that the house stinks. She must have super smell. And we are talking one bowl a day at most. It's really irritating. Other than giving her COVID (Gd forbid), I'm at a loss. Maybe if I stop showering that will distract her. Or time to convert the garage into a smoking den I guess. Sorry, just venting.
I understand your pain. My wife seems allergic to anything that brings me pleasure: pipes, vaping, firearms, motorcycles, breathing, etc.

Here’s a solution take her on vacation to Amarillo Texas Rent-A-Car and drive for an hour out on Highway 40 and back. There are so many pig farms there that it will overwhelm her sense of smell and she will thank God for you to light up your pipe. Seriously it’s the most horrendous thing I’ve ever smelled in my life. by the time I got into Amarillo I was just praying for death.

convert the garage into a smoking den
This right here is what you ought to do. It isn't anything personal but everyone needs a space of their own. Apparently, your wife has claimed the entire inside of your house as hers, so hopefully she won't begrudge you at leastpart of the garage  Garages make good smoking dens. You can get a space heater if you live in a colder climate, maybe a TV and radio for watching/listening to ballgames or music. You will be in business.

Spent $5000 on a soap stone wood stove and had it installed professionally. She complained of the smoke. I only used seaoned red oak that I stored under a wood shed I contructed. You could not see smoke coming from the chimney except when you put in a new log. I could never figure out if she was imagining or just wanting to control.

Try a different tobacco. 1Q is a good tobacco for inside the house for a bowl. Moderation is the key to smoking in the house and keeping your family happy! ?
This. My wife let's me every now and then, as long as I "don't make a habit of it" and the baby is at the grandparent's house. I'm usually able to get one in every month or so. Up until then, I had a smoke shack in the back yard which I could heat and it kept everyone happy, but then she began storing antique furniture in it and reclaimed it for the greater good of the homestead via eminent domain.

The marital vote on that action was tied, but as president of the board she has the tie breaking vote.

Remind me of 7 train ride back to Flushing in my high school days. Few minutes before getting into the last station, there is an industrial area with rather nasty smell. After an hour subway ride, I'm usually passed out. That smell always woke me up before my stop.

Go outside, make a video of yourself sitting there doing something other than smoking, then go in and see if she complains about the smoke.

Edit - maybe release another smell. If she identifies it, she's right and you're too close to some sort of air leak /vent or intake in your house
