I don't like coffee, most of my life I would try to drown it in sugar but eventually even that gets boring.
If there is coffee being served I'll drink it in whatever way it is presented for the sake of social appearance but any way you mix it coffee is still just bitter water.

During the summer months or when it's sweltering hot, I love black coffee with ice, but also a small glass of coffee with very cold milk. I've gotten used to doing without sugar and other sweeteners in these drinks. I would like to take this opportunity to say that there was a disastrous campaign against sugar, even by expert nutrition YouTubers, saying that honey is bad, when what is really harmful are artificial sweeteners.
Medium to light roast. Freshly ground beans. These days I'm partial to Kicking Horse brand Three Sisters.15-16 grams for a 250ml cup. V60 pour over. 45 second bloom, 2:30-2:45 brew time in a pre warmed cup and give the water a couple of minutes before starting so its not at boiling temp. Bit of 10% cream, half a teaspoon of sugar.

Black. Always hot in the mornings. Afternoons, I drink the leftover morning black on ice.
Make some ice cubes out of coffee so it doesn't get diluted.
I like it hot with a touch of sugar and I scare it with a picture of a milk carton.
I'll drink it almost any way it's served but my preference is dark/full city roast with nothing added.

A medium roast Indonesian coffee with little whole milk or half-and-half.
But if it's a coffee that I'm not as partial to (e.g. a light and acidic coffee, or else a charry dark coffee, or else whatever you get at diners and gas stations), then I'll gladly use whatever artifical creamers and such are around.

Like most things, simple and without fanfare. I don’t have a preference for any particular bean or roast. If Iam roasting it myself, something I’ve done for several decades, I generally choose Honduran beans. But I don‘t pursue it with any passion. Folgers is good enough.
On the strong side with whole milk,never sugar but occasionally natural honey or pure maple syrup.
