How do you take your coffee? I like mine with a little milk and sugar. Breakfast I make a café au lait with steamed milk and sugar.

I have a pot going all day. I drink 2-3 pots a day. Really the only thing I drink.

I will have it black when first trying beans I’ve roasted to get a sense of unadulterated flavour profile; beyond that with half and half.
