I use a Columbus four pipe bag. I typically will only three pipes out at any time. One I am smoking and two others packed and ready to go. For tobacco I've got an old Dunhill green plaid pouch I use for whatever flake I am smoking that day.

I use this ---> http://www.amazon.com/Goatstuff-Leather-Handmade-Messenger-Briefcase/dp/B00POTQSAI/ref=sr_1_1?s=photo&ie=UTF8&qid=1433796392&sr=1-1&pebp=1433796407195&perid=0SE0GJJ45AVJSKFK3Z5P
This bag is meant to be a DSLR bag, and has a removable foamlike interior with dividers. It lets me carry as many pipes as I wish, and a few mason jars, tins, a book or two, etc. It's handsome, wears well, and hasn't let me down yet!

I use a Maxpedition "Fatty", which I then toss into either my backpack, messenger bag, or cargo pocket. Just bought a second "Fatty" for extended trips where I might (just might) have an opportunity to smoke more often than once or twice... :D

I have a pipe caddy. Once the green card comes in, she will accompany me everywhere.
I can't believe that making it past second interview doesn't warrant a call back.
You bastard.
I feel so used.

You need a bum bag (aka fanny pack to the colonials)!
Yeah they look dated and you may be bullied for your lunch money, but damn they are practical. I retired my Ninja turtle bum bag when I was about 7, but had a nice leather one I toted for years. Shame it broke.. but I now have a really thick leather messenger bag found in a charity shop for £1! it's like 3.5mm leather and stupidly well made, GAP branded but actually decent.
Also got this leather baccy pouch I'm gona try out soon. It has latex inside too, should help keep the innards from escaping and should hold a good portion of baccy and some cleaners, pipe will need put in a tie cord sock though..

I'll figure out the best multi carry sytem in time.. just need to figure out a good pattern and gather up my leather making tools.

I have several cases to carry my pipe: a single-pipe and a three-pipes by Savinelli; two two-pipes by Vauen; a three-pipes by Peterson. All of them comes with a small pouch for tobacco, but I still prefer to to carry my tobacco in their original tins, or use ziplock bags.

I use a Crown Royal bag. I can fit 3 pipes, a tool, lighter, and a tin or two of tobacco in that thing.

I use a simple single-pipe zipper pouch with separate zipper compartment for tobacco. I always put the tobacco in a ziploc to avoid ghosting the pouch. Of course, if it's a pouch tobacco, the whole pouch goes in, with a couple pipe cleaners and a tamper.

I have a single-pipe case (that can be packed with two or three pipes) but that is somewhat small for any kind of travel. I have a beautiful churchwarden leather Savenelli case gifted by my wife, and I have three churchwardens and room for tobacco, pipe nails, pipe cleaners, and matches. Still, for travel, I often use an inexpensive nylon dap kit (shaving bag) from Walmart for travel, to not attract theft and to swallow four or five pipes and all the accessories. Frankly, with smoking being so restricted in most of the places I visit on a daily basis, I don't carry my pipes around that much. Much of my pipe smoking is done at home. Likewise, traveling, my time and opportunity is limited. I take the pipes but am lucky to find a good time and place, except when we visit our friends in Queens, a couple where the guy is a devoted and experienced pipe smoker. As a matter of choice, I don't smoke while driving. I'm not an effective multi-tasker, and unlike most people I don't suffer from delusions of being one, so I don't eat, drink beverages much, nor use "devices" while driving. I know I'm not good at that, unlike 90% of the populations who all think they are uniquely gifted. NOT.

I found a company off the web called dime bag that sales storage bags for glass pipes . I bought their 8inch bag and 10 inch rollies bag to store my brier pipes both are well made and protect your things well plus the price is RIGHT 16bucks for the 10inch !!Thoses leather bags you'll find for a good one will cost you and the cheaper one are well cheaply madeand small like plastic. The 8 inch is ok for a small pipe you want to take to a buddies house or pipe shop . I like the 10inch a little better though

I carry a messenger bag for work and in a dedicated pocket the pipes are in eyeglass cases and the baccy is in some stainless spice tins my buddy's wife gave me. I also have a small pelican case with 3 Falcon stems and 5 bowls for worksite or wilderness trips.

Great question that I continue to ask myself without having found the perfect solution yet. Carrying a "murse" (man purse) is out of the question so I mostly carry a packed pipe in an Oakley microfiber bag in my pants. For longer excursions I would use a small pouch which carries two pipes and has a latex lined tobacco pouch but I would carry it around in a messenger bag or a briefcase.
