How Best to Cellar?

Anyone cellar their tabak?i just started using mytobaccocellar.org to catalog my tins and im having a hard time how to best organize them. any suggestions or ways that work best for you guys?

I use a chest of drawers to store my tins and have old kitchen cabinets mounted above it for my jars of bulk.

I use the bottom cabinet of a bookcase and an antique secretary to store my stash.

I just stick mine in mason jars and put them on a shelf in a cool dark spot.
