Welcome from KC!! I like G.L. Pease's Six Pence and StoneHenge as well C&D's Mad Fiddler.
By the way, I like your avatar pic of Gina Roode.
lol well some people say I look a lot like her! anyway she is a bit of an inspiration...let’s face it there’s not a ton of girl pipe smokers out there...I’m an aspiring artist (painter) so it’s a little easier for me to ‘get away with it’...Actually I started because I was looking for a healthier alternative to cigarettes, and one day I said ‘what the hell-I’ll give pipe smoking a try!’ I really love the process of smoking, it slows me down a bit, which I need!By the way, I like your avatar pic of Gina Roode.
Great! Glad to meet you!Sure thing. While my wife and children are tangata whenua from Te Arawa (a Māori tribal grouping), I personally am not Māori. I’m what you would call Pākehā, Tauiwi, and Tangata Tiriti.
I am however passionate about Te Reo Māori (The Māori Language) and its normalisation.
I will, thanks!Welcome from Sydney, Oz.
Nice collection of calabashes. I keep mine for strong blends as I find that the increased air volume helps negate the nic-hit.
Check out the calabashes from Mimmo Provenzano - great looking pipes made from combination of different materials.
I love them too! I think they’re the most beautiful pipes, so flowing and elegant and unique...Love the gourd calabashes
Thanks FCW, I will! Stay warm lolWelcome from Alberta.
If you haven't explored any English blends yet, do check out Presbyterian and G.L. Pease Gaslight or Quiet Nights.
(Presbyterian represents more of an old world English where the Pease blends are of the modern Lat-Bomb variety.)
Thanks ghost, glad to meetcha!Welcome from KC!! I like G.L. Pease's Six Pence and StoneHenge as well C&D's Mad Fiddler.
While my wife is part north-of-the-mason-dixon and part Texan, I am 100% Texan from the Texhoma region and am passionate about the normalization of beef brisket as America's national barbecue.Sure thing.
