What was the glowing green concoction you were drinking in the photo? It looks like someone dropped a penny in it!
Awesome. There aren't a ton of woman or all the letters (I have no idea what it means after the Q) here are least not openly. Which is ashame since it's pipe smoking. We burn leaves in wood or minerals tubes to relax. That certainly doesn't seem like something that would really have much gender issues with it. Over the years lots of the woman I've been friends with have enjoyed smoking my pipes (everyone mind out of the gutter) or taking a pinch of snuff off me. But only in private. Frankly they seemed to enjoy either as much as any man has.
Side note for a long time I've been saying the biggest threat to pipe tobacco continuing to be a commercially viable and thriving thing is lack of new blood. So always the more the merrier.
Sorry only north on the bonus points. Middle of PA here. Though PNW seems wonderful in several ways. You got lovely wilderness and I your creepy crawlies aren't as nasty as some around here are. Portland seems like a place where weird is embraced (had several carnivores tell me if I am there to get some food from certain Vegan restaurants.).
