Hello from NY. I loved visiting Portland 25 plus years ago for the Rose Festival. Even more last time I went there and saw NYCFC win the League vs the Timbers. A couple of nice shops in town if I remember correctly.

Richmond still has a few hidden gems although the Tobacco Palaces of yesteryear are being repurposed and made into condos and the warehouses are being turned into server farms.
Last time I was in your area I flew into Nassau Republic and took a drive over to Rikers on a case. I looked up and there was the Amityville House. Made the hair stand up !
