Yes they moved to Bethlehem PA I think well over 5 years ago.. whenever they sold out to the company that owns Cigars International (now STG)... I now have to pay an odiferous PA excise tax whenever I want to bolster my last hoardes of Hearth and Home...
They were in NY for many years.
You actually can’t opt out of recieving their P&C magazine and from cigars international. Once you input your address, they start sending them monthly.
You only recieve those magazines when you request them. I never have recieved them
Actually, Pipes and Cigars have been in PA at least since 2011, when I first started ordering from them. Russ lives in PA also, and he used to run the shipping part, as well as making blends for Hearth and Home. They also used to be a sponsor here, till their shipping department fell apart. Is there a chance you may be thinking about a different company?

They must have been breaking the law then haha, cause I actually started smoking in the Fall of 2011 (my freshman year at college) and P&C was the first place I ordered from and they still advertised their location as being in New York state and they did not charge the legally required PA "intra-state" tobacco excise tax. This is a tax I don't have to pay from out of state purchases like SmokingPipes but do now from P&C Based in Bethlehem. Their acquisition and move was between 2013 and 2014

I'm pretty sure that it is a requirement of becoming a member here. If you don't click the "I'm a dumbass" tab, it immediately dumps you out into the smokingpipe's "finalize cart" page

I had that first experience with P&C back in.....who the hell even knows!!
