Help! My Zippo Won't Spark.

Sorry weez. I couldn't get near my iPad today until evening. Thanks to all you guys for all the suggestions.
I took out the new zippo flint and shoved a round toothpick into the channel. A loose chunk of flint WAS stuck in there. I'm amazed that this hasn't happened to me in 35 years of using this solid brass zippo!

that is how it goes. It never doesn't sneak up on you. I always get so used to it I don't even think it's the flint at first. Just jammed for some reason. Takes four or five seconds before realizing oh the flints dead.

Yeah. It gets that "lock up". Unscrewed the chamber and tiny flint fell out. So put new Zippo flint in and back to business.

Keep a spare flint underneath the insert.

It sucks having a loaded pipe to find out you have nothing to light the tobacco in it.
