Help ID'ing Fifth Avenue Cigar Store Billiard

The shape looks a great deal like a Sasieni Moorgate. Sasieni made a ton of seconds and shop pipes.

That is a 'Fifth Avenue Cigar Store' pipe
that was the name of the 'G' store between 1950's-1970's
I can't get into what a 'G' store is but it was a form of clip shop
They sold everything under the sun - a good example is in the film withTony Curtis 'Sweet Smell of Success'
